Please join us in welcoming back Francesca, who returned from maternity leave last week.
Only two days back in the office, after taking a year out on maternity leave and it’s like she’s never been away!
What’s more, it’s great news on two fronts as we’re not just celebrating having Francesca back, but also that she returns as Operations Director – having been promoted from Operations Manager -she’s now ready and raring to take Dovetail Recruitment to the next level.
“I am delighted to be back at Dovetail Recruitment following my maternity leave, doing what I enjoy most finding candidates and clients their perfect fit!
Even whilst I’ve been away, I’ve been keeping an eye on what’s been going on in the world of recruitment.
As much as I’ve loved my time away on maternity leave, I have missed being at work. I’ve always found working with Liz and the team inspiring, and what’s great is there’s something new to learn or a challenge to solve.
We have just celebrated the company’s 10-year anniversary and I know the success of the business has been down to the dedication of Liz and the team. Having worked within recruitment for nearly 15 years I was delighted and honoured to have been offered the opportunity of becoming the Operations Director and continuing the success of Dovetail.
The team at Dovetail are unlike any other, we work together, celebrate each other’s successes, and support each other if one of us is not having such a good day – but most importantly we have fun!
I am really looking forward to the future and this next chapter and know that with Liz, Tiffany, Samantha, Laura and Lara we have an exciting time ahead of us.”
