Throughout my career, I have recognised the common struggle faced by candidates and hiring managers in interview situations — we are committed to bridging this gap.

With a successful 30+ year career spanning sales, marketing, and senior management, Phil has gained extensive experience from both sides of the interview table — as a candidate and as a recruiter.

More recently, Phil has run his own consulting business, bringing that breadth of experience directly to the candidates and hiring managers he works with.
