Tiffany and Samantha’s 5 Year Work Anniversary
They say ‘time flies when you’re having fun’!
That certainly seems to be the case with two of our longest standing members of staff. This month we are celebrating Samantha’s 5 year work anniversary here at Dovetail and Tiffany’s belated 5 years. (Okay, it’s more like 5 and a half at this point! :0) ).
We celebrated their work anniversary at our monthly team meeting with cupcakes, croissants, and flowers. And best of all, I don’t think they were expecting it!
Very broadly speaking, it’s often thought that Recruitment Agencies have a very high turn over of staff these days. So what have made them stay with Dovetail for so long?
Samantha:
“I really enjoy how fast-paced the environment at Dovetail is, the girls are great and we work very well as a team. We have great clients on board too – some of which I have been working with since day one!”
Tiffany:
“I am passionate about recruitment and providing the best possible service to my clients, which is something that all of us at Dovetail take pride in. I enjoy working with like-minded colleagues who work hard and have fun! The last 5 years have literally flown by and it’s been fabulous!”
