Hannah referred a friend and got £100 worth of vouchers!
Now, as you may or may not know, here at Dovetail we offer an incentive to recommend a friend (or family member!). Back in the not-always-so-sunny period we are led to believe is ‘summer’, we were looking for a new Receptionist for one of our clients. To help us along with our search we sent out a mailer to all our candidates that we knew had experience and might be interested in our new role.
We had previously connected with Hannah who was looking for a job back in April. Our email reached her. She sent us a lovely reply saying that while she was not looking for work, she knew her mum was.
Hannah recommended her mum!
So what happened next?
We got in contact with her mum, Christine. We sent her details over to our client at our first opportunity and arranged an interview with them for her. Well, it turns out that she was the perfect candidate for the role. Within 10 days from start to finish she had secured the position! She has now been there for over 3 months and is still thoroughly enjoying it.
What did this all mean for Hannah?
Because she recommended Christine we were able to offer her £100 in vouchers for any company of her choice. Hannah chose to have the £100 for Currys, PC world to go towards a new laptop. This will be to help with her studies to become a Dental Nurse.
