Our new offices very much reflect the Dovetail brand and ethos, says Liz Davies, Director and are now situated at 112 The Broadway in the well established parade of shops in the road which leads to Hengistgbury Head from Tuckton. This location is ideal for the business as it is easily accessible with good free parking right outside the front door.
Our ideals and ethos is to understand – at first hand – what each role entails and exactly what type of person the potential client is looking for. Also ensuring that we have actually met each candidate on a one to one basis before any recommendation is made to the client. With this in mind our new offices include a spacious meeting room for face to face interviews and client meetings. In the past clients have found it useful to conduct initial interviews away from their business and we now have the means to provide this service.
