Due to continued growth, they are seeking a proactive and strategic Business Development Manager with proven experience in the marine, renewable energy, or civil engineering sectors. This Business Development Manager role is crucial in supporting the continued success by managing existing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to the overall strategic development of the company. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for deepening client engagement, developing a robust pipeline, and converting opportunities into long-term, high-value partnerships. You will work collaboratively with the Team Lead and the Managing Director to drive growth within targeted industries.

They are looking for an enthusiastic new team member to join their expanding Sales team to help drive sales with established accounts, with a focus on growing this arm of the business. Onboarding new customers and generating new revenue would also be encouraged. The Account Executive will be growing existing accounts in a broad customer base, supporting marketing with promotions, and supporting the National Account Managers and New Channel Managers with projects.
