Account Executive – Fashion & Apparel
Are you looking to build a career within the fashion, textiles, apparel, or uniform industry?
We’re recruiting for an Account Executive to join a London-based apparel and uniform design business that works with leading brands across the corporate, hospitality, aviation, retail, and events sectors.
This role would suit a Fashion, Textiles, Apparel, Business, or Marketing graduate with at least one year’s experience in administration, client services, account support, stock coordination, or office-based customer service. You’ll work closely with Account Managers, clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure orders and projects are delivered smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
- Support Account Managers with client communication and project coordination
- Process garment orders and manage stock administration
- Coordinate embroidery, branding, tagging, and garment customisation
- Track deliveries and support logistics administration
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and project updates
- Liaise with suppliers, clients, and internal departments
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Ensure excellent attention to detail across all orders and projects
About You
- Degree in Fashion, Textiles, Apparel, or a related subject preferred
- Minimum 1 year’s experience in administration, coordination, client services, or account support
- Strong Excel and reporting skills
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- High attention to detail
- Positive and proactive approach to work
- Interest in fashion, garments, textiles, uniforms, or product-based industries
