As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing key client accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering an exceptional client experience. Salary & Benefits
- Salary of £30,000 – £35,000 per annum
- Hybrid working arrangement
- Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm

Key Responsibilities
As a Sales Account Manager, you will:
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts, building strong and lasting relationships
- Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring excellent customer service and account management
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing and prospective client accounts
- Conduct outbound sales calls and proactive business development activities
- Generate leads, nurture prospects, and convert opportunities into long-term partnerships
- Develop and implement account growth strategies to maximise client retention and revenue
- Provide clients with regular updates, reports, and campaign performance insights
- Maintain accurate records, sales activity, and pipeline reporting using HubSpot CRM
- Gather client feedback and identify opportunities to enhance service delivery
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects and campaigns are delivered successfully
- Support and mentor Account Executives, sharing knowledge and best practices
- Report on sales pipeline activity, account performance, and growth opportunities
Skills & Experience Required
The successful candidate will have:
- Proven experience in Account Management, Sales, Business Development, or Client Relationship Management
- A strong track record of developing accounts and generating new business opportunities
- Confidence in making outbound sales calls and building relationships with decision-makers
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Experience using HubSpot CRM or a similar customer relationship management system
- A commercial mindset with a focus on achieving targets and delivering results
- Excellent attention to detail and reporting skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- A proactive, positive, and solutions-focused approach
