Sales Development Executive
Location: Ferndown (Office-based)
Salary: £28k basic + OTE + Benefits

Are you a driven, confident communicator who thrives on building relationships and turning conversations into commercial success? We’re looking for a Sales Development Executive to join our high-performing team in Ferndown. You’ll be part of a fast-paced, supportive environment where your ideas and energy will be valued — and rewarded.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Proactively generating new business opportunities via outbound calls, networking, referrals, and strategic outreach
  • Managing the full sales cycle — from identifying and qualifying leads to booking viewings and closing deals
  • Building strong relationships with potential clients and tailoring proposals to meet their needs
  • Keeping our CRM (HubSpot) up to date with activity and progress
  • Making approximately 50 quality outbound calls per day to key decision makers

What We’re Looking For

  • A proactive and results-driven mindset with a passion for building relationships
  • Strong communication skills with a consultative, professional approach
  • Previous experience in B2B sales, recruitment, real estate, or business development
  • Comfortable working to daily targets and KPIs in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Confidence using CRM tools (especially HubSpot) and Microsoft Office
  • A team player who is self-motivated and eager to contribute to wider business growth
  • Smart, professional appearance with a positive attitude and high personal standards
  • Making approximately 50 quality outbound calls per day to key decision makers
