Graduate Marketing Executive Job – Ferndown (Entry Level Marketing Role)

Location: Ferndown
Salary: £26,000 – £30,000 + benefits
Contract: 9 Month Fixed Term Contract

Kickstart your marketing career with hands-on experience across digital marketing, print and events in this Graduate Marketing Executive job based in Ferndown.

This entry-level marketing role offers the chance to work directly with customers to help them promote their products, giving you valuable insight into how marketing drives real sales and commercial performance. From designing web banners and product catalogues to supporting events and ensuring accurate translations, you’ll build a diverse portfolio of work across marketing campaigns, content creation and marketing materials.

You’ll also work closely with the Marketing Manager, who will guide you through the early stages of your career. You’ll gain ongoing support, structured development and the opportunity to contribute to live marketing projects that customers are actively using.

Hybrid working is available, giving you flexibility between office-based and remote working.

Graduate Marketing Executive Job Responsibilities

In this Graduate Marketing Executive / Marketing Assistant role, you will:

  • Work with the Head of Marketing to develop and plan customer marketing campaigns across digital, print and event channels

  • Design marketing materials using Adobe and Canva, including web banners, flyers and catalogue pages

  • Work directly with customers to support their marketing activity, product promotion and presentations

  • Conduct competitor analysis and market research to support marketing strategy

  • Support new product training and product launches

  • Review and refine English text and translations across marketing materials, including landing pages, brochures and social media content

Skills Required – Graduate Marketing Jobs

To be successful in this Graduate Marketing Executive job, you should have:

  • A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or similar, or relevant experience

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Good communication skills

  • An interest in digital marketing, content creation and marketing campaigns

  • Willingness to learn and develop in an entry-level marketing role

  • Ability to commit to a fixed-term contract
