About the Role

As a Graduate Technologist, you’ll support the technical team to bring exciting new personal care and household products to market. You’ll gain hands-on experience with product testing, quality processes, safety regulations and compliance, while working closely with internal teams and external suppliers.

This is a varied, fast-paced role where you’ll grow your skills and gain exposure to international supply chains, manufacturing, and retailer requirements. Occasional travel may be required.

Graduate Technologist Responsibilities

Support technical product development projects across personal care and household categories
Assist in checking product performance, compliance, and safety requirements
Help prepare and update product specifications and documentation
Review product packaging and labelling to ensure legal and regulatory compliance
Liaise with international suppliers and internal teams to support smooth product launches
Stay informed on innovations, materials, and ethical manufacturing practices
Travel with your line manager to support trials, pre-production checks, and customer visits

What We’re Looking For

A relevant degree (e.g. Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, or related discipline)
Around 6–12 months’ commercial experience in an FMCG or manufacturing environment (e.g. internship, placement, or post-grad role)
Enthusiasm for learning about product development, technical standards, and quality processes
Excellent communication and team-working skills
Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
