Location: Hybrid – Remote – Flexible base location considered with periodic travel to Christchurch, Dorset

You will deliver innovative and visually striking packaging design solutions for the Food and Snack categories, collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring world-class products to market.

Key Responsibilities
- Research and present current and emerging consumer and packaging trends
- Create visually compelling and well-considered 2D product concepts using market and consumer insights
- Develop packaging and marketing visuals in line with brand guidelines
- Collaborate with Product, Commercial and Technical teams to deliver innovative packaging solutions
- Convert product concepts into print-ready artwork
- Manage daily design workflows to ensure smooth operation within the category
- Participate in internal and external meetings, confidently presenting ideas
- Support product approval processes to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Contribute to sustainability initiatives by exploring eco-friendly design approaches
- Minimum Experience and Skills
- Proven experience in food packaging design
- Skilled at developing work that aligns with brand guidelines
- Excellent typography, layout, and composition skills
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop
- Strong understanding of print production and preparing artwork for print
- Highly creative with strong communication and presentation skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Organised and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Proactive, enthusiastic, and collaborative team player
