12 Month FTC Production Administrator Job in Ferndown
Dovetail Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Production Administrator to work for an established company based in the Ferndown area. They have large modern offices with free onsite parking and a friendly culture. This Production Administrator position can be full time or part time and to work for a 12-month period, covering maternity leave. The Production Administrator would suit candidates with administration experience who have worked in the construction or manufacturing industry, but not essential.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Process works orders into production and delivery schedule
- Order materials from suppliers
- Book in materials
- Arrange couriers
- Produce delivery notes
- Liaise with suppliers for materials issues, prices and due dates
- Assist in quarterly stock take
- Various administration tasks
Minimum Skills and Experience:
- Previous administration experience in either a construction or manufacturing environment
- Excellent PC skills on Microsoft Word, Excel
- Attention detail and happy to work with numbers
- Organised and have great communication skills
Salary and Benefits:
- A salary of £25,500 per annum
- Monday to Friday flexible working hours
- Onsite parking
