Product Manager – FMCG

We’re recruiting a Product Manager to join a fast-paced, entrepreneurial FMCG business in Dorset. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead product development in the textiles division growing Reusable Bags category, helping to drive innovation and sustainability across a broad retail portfolio.

You’ll manage products from concept to launch, working closely with suppliers, internal teams, and international buyers. The role offers variety, responsibility, and real development potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead new product development (NPD) projects across multiple SKUs.
  • Manage timelines using Asana and keep stakeholders updated.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to bring products to market.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations for retailer meetings.
  • Use trend and market analysis to support innovation.
  • Ensure technical and commercial accuracy at every stage.

What You’ll Need:

  • 3+ years’ product development/management experience, ideally in FMCG.
  • Experience working with Far East suppliers and manufacturers.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Commercially focused with a passion for sustainability and innovation.
