As Product Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving business growth and delivering market-leading products from concept through to launch. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Drive business growth through innovative NPD and new product launches
- Manage the end-to-end product development process, from concept to finished goods
- Liaise with suppliers and Asia buying teams to deliver on project timelines
- Build and deliver presentations for key customer meetings
- Collaborate cross-functionally with technical and design teams to create market-leading briefs
- Analyse market trends and consumer insights to inform product decisions
- Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure clear communication across all teams
- Solve problems effectively and respond to customer needs with agility
Minimum Skills and Experience:
- 3+ years’ experience in product development or management, ideally within fashion, textiles, or related categories
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, preferably with Far East suppliers
- Proven experience managing critical paths and multiple projects across categories
- Skilled in trend analysis and able to translate insights into actionable product plans
- Confident communicator with excellent presentation skills
- Commercially minded with strong supplier relationship management
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
- A true team player with a passion for product and innovation
