Product Administrator Job in Christchurch

Christchurch, Full time, Monday – Friday

Looking for a role where you’re genuinely valued, supported by a great manager, and given real visibility across a thriving product team?

This Product Administrator opportunity to become a key part of the largest and most commercially important function in the business. You won’t just be “doing admin” — you’ll be the glue that keeps projects moving, and the team performing at their best.

Why this role is great for you

You’ll have clarity, structure, and a busy day. No ambiguity. No politics. Just a collaborative team that genuinely enjoys what they do. This is a role that really makes a difference to the wider team. You’ll be the person who ties up loose ends, spots what others might miss, and takes some of the weight off of others’ shoulders.

What you’ll be doing

As Product Administrator , you’ll be the right-hand support to the Product Manager and National Account Manager, helping turn ideas into successful launches.

Your work will include:

  • Visiting stores to conduct “washouts” – analysing products on the market, identifying trends and key features, and comparing performance
  • Keeping systems and portals up to date, ensuring information is accurate and reliable
  • Supporting product managers to deliver against critical paths
  • Managing samples and coordinating key administrative processes
  • Assisting with writing clear briefs and communicating with global production teams
  • Arranging samples and presentations for customer meetings
  • Approving product samples and ensuring quality standards are met

This is a detail focused administrative position where accuracy is key. Although you will be supporting across the board, we’d like to emphasise it will not actively involve product development or design.

Who you are

You’re proactive and happy to roll your sleeves up — whether that’s handling detailed admin or unpacking samples for a meeting.

You’re:

  • Organised and detail-focused
  • Confident communicating with different teams
  • Comfortable managing a busy workload
  • Able to multitask and prioritise effectively
  • A full UK driving licence holder

Most importantly, you take pride in being reliable and supportive — and you enjoy being part of a team that wins together.

What you’ll get in return

  • Annual salary reviews
  • 25 days holiday (rising to 27 after 3 years and 30 after 5 years)
  • Option to buy additional holiday
  • Flexible hours and work from home available
  • Free parking on Christchurch Quay
  • Medical cash plan and mental health support
  • Strong learning, development and progression opportunities
  • Annual bonus (company target based)
  • Enhanced maternity and paternity leave
  • Generous company sick pay
  • Pension contribution
  • Active social team and regular events
  • Cycle to Work scheme

For this Product Administrator Job in Christchurch would also be open to candidates who can work part time across 5 days in school hours on a 6 month contract basis, if available to start immediately.
