Salary: Circa £45,000 DOE
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm

Are you an experienced Office Manager with strong PA or Executive Assistant skills who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems, and keeping a busy office running smoothly?
We’re recruiting for an Office Manager / PA to Directors to join a creative design and packaging studio in Purley. This is a varied role combining office management, facilities coordination, executive support, health & safety, supplier management, and office administration.
Supporting senior leadership and managing the day-to-day operations of a busy studio environment, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the business runs efficiently while providing high-level support to the Directors.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary circa £45,000 depending on experience
- Monday to Friday working hours
- Supported by a Part-Time Office Assistant

Key Responsibilities
Office Management & Operations
- Oversee the smooth day-to-day running of the office
- Manage reception, meeting rooms, visitors, and office services
- Coordinate office supplies, stock, catering, cleaning, and facilities
- Organise internal events and team activities
- Maintain a professional and welcoming office environment
Facilities & Health & Safety
- Manage office maintenance, contractors, suppliers, and landlord relationships
- Coordinate building services, security systems, and office infrastructure
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations
- Maintain risk assessments, policies, and compliance documentation
- Act as Fire Marshal and First Aider (training can be provided if required)
Executive Support
- Provide PA support to Directors including diary, travel, and meeting management
- Assist with research, reporting, and business administration
- Support ad-hoc projects and executive requests
- Coordinate property-related administration when required
Finance & Administration
- Raise purchase orders and process supplier invoices
- Assist with expense management and credit card reconciliations
- Support budgeting, cost tracking, and office expenditure monitoring
IT & Systems Coordination
- Coordinate IT equipment, user access, and onboarding/offboarding
- Liaise with external IT providers to resolve issues
- Maintain software licences and office asset records
About You
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in Office Management, Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Studio Manager, or Office Operations roles
- Experience supporting senior leaders and managing office operations
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Confident managing suppliers, facilities, and business administration
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Proactive, hands-on, and able to work independently
- Experience within a creative agency, design studio, or professional services environment would be advantageous
