German Speaking Project Manager / Account Manager

Are you fluent in both German and English and experienced in managing client projects, deadlines, and stakeholder relationships?

We’re recruiting for a German Speaking Project Manager / Account Manager to join a busy international packaging and design agency in South London. Working with recognised global brands, you will manage projects for German-speaking clients across the DACH region, ensuring work is delivered accurately, on time, and to the highest standards.

This role would suit someone from a Project Management, Project Coordination, Account Management, Client Services, Packaging, Branding, Creative Agency, or FMCG background who enjoys working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage multiple client projects from brief through to completion
Act as the main point of contact for German-speaking clients
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Coordinate internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deadlines
Prepare project reports, administration, and invoicing
Communicate project updates to clients and stakeholders
Ensure accuracy and quality throughout the project lifecycle

About You

Fluent German and English (written and spoken) – essential
Minimum 2 years’ experience in Project Management, Account Management, Project Coordination, or Client Services
Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and business systems
Able to commute to South London
