A well-established provider of flexible office space in Ferndown is seeking a Centre Assistant / Office Assistant / Receptionist. Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and suppliers, providing professional front-of-house service.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure excellent customer service at all times.
  • Support daily office operations, including meeting room bookings, office moves, and general administration.
  • Distribute client post and parcels; assist with scanning, copying, and other office tasks.
  • Monitor cleanliness, office supplies, and facilities; restock as needed.
  • Complete health & safety checks, including weekly fire alarm testing.
  • Ensure services are recharged correctly and procedures are followed.
  • Maintain high standards across reception and communal areas.

What the Client is Looking For

  • 6+ months’ experience in a service-driven role (retail, hospitality, reception, facilities, or office support).
  • Professional, approachable, and confident with excellent communication skills.
  • Organised, reliable, and able to multitask in a busy environment.
  • IT literate (Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Eager to learn and develop a career in client services, office administration, or facilities support.
