Stock and Shipping Administrator

  • Experienced in the movement of goods globally, USA, EU, Africa and Middle East
  • Arranged transportation of goods via ship, air and courier
  • Confident knowledge of import and export documentation
  • Stock management and allocation skills
  • Available immediately

Supply Chain Administrator

  • Coordination of goods within a demanding and time critical environment
  • Organisation of transport of goods across the UK
  • Arranging the relocation of machinery to various sites

Operations Administrator


  • Responsible for almost 200 engineers’ timesheets
  • Raising jobs and allocating to engineers
  • Creating and sending out invoices
  • Overseeing the administration for projects and tracking jobs
  • Strong communication skills with an excellent work ethic
  • Strong Excel skills


  • Strong administration skills within Planning and Dispatch
  • Dealing with customers and engineers
  • Creates and sends out documents including risk assessments, method statements and raising purchase orders and delivery requests
  • Monitors and analyses orders as well as creating and developing rolling forecasts using previous sales and market trends
  • Experience of preparing contracts, preparing and sending out quotations and taking minutes
  • Fluent in English, Hungarian and Romanian
