Are you looking for a Supply Chain role that offers more than just administration?
We’re looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to support a fast-paced FMCG supply chain, working with leading retailers and global supply partners.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in Purchasing, Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics, Inventory Management or Customer Supply who wants to develop broader end-to-end supply chain expertise.
Unlike many roles that focus on a single area, you’ll gain exposure across Purchasing, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Forecasting, Inventory Management, Logistics and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP). You’ll work closely with colleagues across Commercial, Demand Planning, Purchasing and Logistics, as well as retail customers and international factories.

What You’ll Be Doing
As Supply Chain Coordinator, you’ll play an important role in supporting the day-to-day operation of the Supply Chain and S&OP function.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting Supply Chain and S&OP activities across multiple product categories
- Working closely with Purchasing, Demand Planning, Commercial and Logistics teams
- Attending S&OP meetings and supporting reporting, analysis and planning activities
- Raising and managing purchase orders through SAP and internal ERP systems
- Ensuring products are accurately set up and maintained within company systems
- Liaising with suppliers, retail customers and overseas factories
- Supporting demand forecasting and supply planning activities
- Monitoring inventory levels, stock availability and supplier performance
- Supporting container planning, factory forecasting and international supply operations
- Analysing supply chain data and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
About You
You’ll have experience within a Supply Chain, Purchasing, Procurement, Logistics, Inventory Management, Customer Supply or Operations environment and be looking to broaden your knowledge across the wider supply chain.
You’ll also bring:
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach
- The ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail, particularly when managing product and system data
- Confidence working with both internal teams and external suppliers
- Experience using SAP or another ERP system would be advantageous
Most importantly, you’ll be eager to learn and develop. Full training will be provided across forecasting, supply planning, inventory management, factory forecasting, container planning and wider supply chain operations.
