About the Role
We are recruiting for an Account Executive to support the Account Management team with client communication, order processing, stock coordination, reporting, and operational administration.
This role would suit a highly organised graduate or junior professional looking to build a long-term career within the fashion, apparel, textiles, or uniform industry.
You will work closely with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure projects and garment orders run smoothly from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Account Managers with day-to-day client coordination
- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and reporting
- Process garment orders and manage stock control
- Coordinate embroidery, tagging, and garment customisation
- Track shipments and manage logistics administration
- Produce spreadsheets, reports, and operational updates
- Support office administration and remote teams
- Maintain excellent attention to detail across all projects
Skills & Experience Required
- Fashion, Textiles, Apparel, or related degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year’s commercial administration or coordination experience
- Strong Excel, spreadsheet, and reporting skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building ability
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable learning new systems and technology
- Positive, proactive, and team-oriented approach
- Interest in fashion, garments, textiles, or corporate wear highly advantageous
