Bridal Boutique Manager (Maternity Cover) – Salisbury

Salary: DOE + benefits

We are seeking an experienced Bridal Boutique Manager to lead a stunning luxury bridal department in Salisbury. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone from a Bridal, Couture, or Premium Fashion Retail background who thrives on delivering exceptional, memorable bridal experiences.

Contract, Hours & Pay

  • 18-month maternity cover contract (with the possibility of permanent employment)
  • 29.42 hours per week
  • Working days: Tuesday – Saturday (occasional Sunday for wedding fairs)
  • Tuesday – Friday: 10:00am – 4:00pm (5.5 hours/day)
  • Saturday: 9:15am – 5:10pm (7.42 hours)

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of a Bridal Boutique
  • Deliver exceptional VIP bridal appointments
  • Style and advise brides on fit, fabrics, and gown selection
  • Place orders and liaise with suppliers and outworkers
  • Meet sales targets, manage stock, and control budgets
  • Promote wedding jewellery and ring services
  • Represent the boutique at bridal fairs and wedding events
  • Manage Bridal social media (Instagram & Facebook)
  • Maintain boutique presentation and high visual standards
  • Act as a confident brand ambassador for luxury bridal designers

Skills & Experience Required

  • Experience in Bridal, Couture, Luxury Fashion, or Premium Retail (preferred)
  • Confident, polished, and customer-focused
  • Passionate about premium service and client relationships
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills
  • Immaculate personal presentation and attention to detail
  • Leadership or senior retail experience is a plus
