Part-Time Customer Care and Showroom Coordinator Job in Southbourne
Dovetail Recruitment are excited to be recruiting for a Part-Time Customer Care and Showroom Coordinator on behalf of our collaborative and successful client based in Southbourne. They are looking for a warm, organised and confident individual to join the team in a part-time role with built-in flexibility. This Part-Time Customer Care and Showroom Coordinator position is ideal for someone who enjoys customer contact, works well within structured processes, and values being part of a supportive team.
Salary and Benefits:
· An Hourly rate of £13.00 per hour
· Appointment-related incentive scheme
· Working Pattern: Weekdays and 1 in 2 Saturdays 10.00 am – 3.00 pm
· In weeks when you work a Saturday, you will also work one weekday
· In weeks when you are not scheduled for a Saturday, you will work two weekdays

· Full training — with ongoing support beyond the induction period
Duties and Responsibilities:
· You will act as the first point of contact for customers ensuring enquiries are handled warmly and professionally
· Answering incoming telephone calls
· Welcoming and engaging with potential customers visiting the showroom
· Scheduling customer appointments using our established processes
· Ensuring all appointment details are correctly recorded and communicated
· Sending and managing follow-up emails
· Organising and dispatching brochures and letters
· Maintaining accurate and tidy records in line with their system
Minimum Skills and Experience Required:
· Confident and friendly communication skills
· Computer literate in MS Office
· A background working in commercial customer service
· Well organised and accurate administrative skills
