Junior Supply Chain & Quality Coordinator – FMCG
Location: Lymington, Hampshire | Salary: Circa £32,000 DOE | Full-Time, Permanent | Hybrid
Are you an analytical, detail-focused professional with 18 months–2+ years’ experience in FMCG, supply chain, or quality assurance? Dovetail Recruitment is partnering with a fast-growing creative agency to hire a Junior Supply Chain & Quality Coordinator to join their dynamic team.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in quality assurance, product compliance, and supplier coordination, ensuring products meet internal standards and regulatory requirements before reaching clients across the UK, Europe, the US, and Australia. You’ll work closely with factories, inspection partners, and internal teams to maintain consistency, resolve issues, and support smooth, efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain product specifications, inspection criteria, and quality standards
- Review pre-production and production samples
- Support quality assurance and compliance documentation
- Liaise with factories and suppliers to resolve non-conformances
- Collaborate with NPD, Operations, and Supply Chain teams
Skills & Experience:
- 18 months–2+ years in supply chain, quality, or technical coordination
- FMCG or consumer goods experience (beauty, lifestyle, packaging)
- Strong administration, communication, and Excel skills
- Analytical, precise, and methodical
