Project Manager Job in Ringwood

Dovetail Recruitment are excited to be working with a unique and creative business who are looking for a new Project Manager at their Ringwood site due to the continued success and expansion of the business. As Project Manager you will work closely with in-house Artists and external factories to track the critical path to produce amazing products. Duties & Responsibilities of the Project Manager:

  • Assisting Account Managers in the planning and implementation of projects from business development to managing orders through delivery, on time and to spec.
  • Engaging with our largest customers on a day-to-day basis, keeping them informed on progress and briefing internal departments with their requirements.
  • Managing timelines and tracking and reporting on project progress throughout the supply chain to ensure on time delivery. This will include our factories in China, our office in Hong Kong, our UK warehouses and global food suppliers and retailers worldwide
  • Liaising with the logistics and warehousing teams, providing them with timely, accurate information that enables them to make the right purchases and the right arrangements from suppliers around the world using our internal systems and processes
  • Liaising with the Planning department to ensure packing is to spec and on time
  • Liaising with the Technical department to ensure compliance of the products, fills, labelling and languages
  • Liaising with our full-time in-house Design studio briefing them clearly on artwork requirements as well as managing customer feedback with them.

Knowledge & Experience for the Project Manager:

  • A relevant degree or qualification
  • An excellent customer manner and be extremely comfortable dealing with people
  • Fully proficient with full Microsoft suite of products
  • Full driving license and own means of transport
