Our client is an international packaging, artwork and localisation agency working with some of the world’s leading retail and FMCG brands. They’re looking for a German Speaking Graduate Project Coordinator to join their growing team, supporting the delivery of international packaging and artwork projects.

This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate or early-career professional to develop a long-term career within project management. Full training and mentoring will be provided, along with a clear progression pathway into Project Management or Account Management.

Whether you’ve recently graduated or already have some office-based experience, this role offers the chance to develop valuable commercial skills while working with international clients and well-known consumer brands.

The Role

As a German Speaking Graduate Project Coordinator, you’ll support the successful delivery of packaging artwork and localisation projects, working closely with Account Managers, Project Managers and production teams to ensure projects run smoothly.

You’ll help coordinate project schedules, communicate with clients and maintain accurate project documentation while developing your knowledge of packaging, artwork and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of international packaging artwork and localisation projects.
  • Coordinate project schedules, timelines and key milestones.
  • Communicate confidently with clients and colleagues in both French and English.
  • Build strong working relationships with customers and internal teams.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and status reports.
  • Monitor project progress and help ensure deadlines are achieved.
  • Support administrative and reporting processes.
  • Work closely with Account Managers, Project Managers and production teams.
  • Ensure projects meet client expectations and quality standards.

About You

You’ll be organised, proactive and eager to develop your career within an international business. You should enjoy working with people, be confident managing multiple priorities and have excellent attention to detail.

Ideally, you’ll have:

  • Fluent German and English language skills.
  • A degree or previous office-based experience, such as administration, customer service, project support or an internship.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • A proactive approach and willingness to learn.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • An interest in Project Management, Account Management, Packaging, Artwork, Marketing, Creative Services or FMCG.

No previous experience in packaging or artwork is required, as full training will be provided.
