Part Time Sales Administrator Job in New Milton

Our client, who are a successful technical solutions company, are recruiting an immediate Part Time Sales Administrator to join their team. The Part Time Sales Administrator will be responsible for a varied sales support, processing, and administration workload. The Sales Administrator will communicate well at all levels, and enjoy working as part of a collaborative team.


Duties and Responsibilities of the Part Time Sales Administrator:

  • First point of contact for enquiries via the phone and emails
  • Maintain day to day administrative and clerical services
  • Processing customers’ orders
  • Scheduling bookings
  • Liaising with customers and suppliers
  • Updating stock control and balancing available stock
  • Providing assistance to the sales team
  • Coordinating transport
  • Processing of invoices


Minimum Skills Required:

  • A keen eye for detail
  • Computer literate and proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Developing good communication skills via email and phone with internal and external customers and colleagues
  • Managing a workload in an efficient and organised way


Salary and Benefits:

  • An hourly rate of £12.00 – £13.00 per hour
  • Flexible working hours 20 – 25 hours
