Internal Account Manager Job in Ringwood
Salary and Benefits
- Salary £26,000 Per annum
- Bonus/Commission taking the salary up to £30k after your first year
- Free Parking on site
- Monday – Friday hours of 8.30am – 5pm
- 20 days holidays + bank holidays increasing with service to 25 days

Our client supplies a huge range of products, from everyday basics to 5* luxury products across several sectors. As Internal Account Manager, you will be providing the sales support administration and customer service for your Field Sales Representative and their clients, alongside your Account Manager colleagues who support each other on a wide portfolio of accounts.
Duties and Responsibilities will include:
- Building relationships with regular existing clients and developing relationships with new clients who your external field representative has sold to.
- Answering incoming calls from clients and providing assistance with orders.
- Providing quotations to clients in a timely manner, understanding their needs, and helping them understand the full range of products on offer.
- Making recommendations to customers when they need help.
- Receiving and processing orders through a bespoke system.
- Liaising with the stock team regarding orders and deliveries and ensure products are delivered to customers on time.
Minimum Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s degree with a 2:2 or above
- Previous experience within customer service
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confident use of Microsoft systems
